The Tachyon Gang is a group of thugs who use their special ability of speed and technology to "freeze" whole cities, practically stopping time, and steal everything they can. A group of government spies find where they are set to strike next and go to stop them. The fearless Odette, with her partners Willow and Pepper, armed with lasers go to where they are supposed to be hiding out. A laser battle ensues, but the bomb goes off before they can get it, freezing the whole city.

Camera follows you from a distance away on the side while you walk confidently but quietly to make sure no one is around. Cinder - Public Disgrace
Cinder has a lead on some villains that plan to k-nap a superheroine. When she arrives at the hide out she sees lights and a camera set up, as well as rope and some kind of massage wand. As she is trying to figure out just what is going on she is confronted by a villain that is able to negate any energy, even to the point of making her unable to move.
The villain mocks and gropes her frozen form as her eyes move about in fear.
